Evoquence Holdings, LLC makes NO guarantees — express or implied — of employment, job offers, or interview invitations.
Hiring decisions and interview requests are made solely by third-party employers and are outside our control. SignalForge™ provides evaluation and document outputs only.

$199 (one-time)
Scope: one resume + one job description (single-role evaluation).
To deliver the evaluation, the client must provide:
If required inputs are not provided, delivery may be delayed until inputs are received.
Services are delivered online. Documents are delivered electronically as downloadable files (PDF and DOCX).
Typical turnaround is based on workload and receiving required inputs. If you need a time-sensitive delivery, contact support before purchase.
For proof of delivery and dispute prevention, we retain transaction confirmation and service delivery records (e.g., delivery email confirmation and/or download availability confirmation).
Due to the nature of digital evaluation services, no refunds are available once the evaluation process has been initiated.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support immediately.
This policy exists to prevent scope creep and maintain consistent evaluation standards.
If you have any concern about a purchase, contact us BEFORE filing a dispute with your bank.
We will review the issue promptly and provide a written response.

Filing a chargeback may delay resolution. We maintain service delivery and transaction records to support accurate dispute review.

SignalForge™ reviews user-provided materials (including a resume and job description) and produces readiness and alignment determinations and, where applicable, generates downloadable documents.
Evoquence makes no guarantees—express or implied—regarding employment, job offers, or interview invitations.
Hiring decisions and interview requests are made solely by third-party employers and are outside our control.
You represent that you have the right to submit the materials you provide (resume, job descriptions, and related content), and that you are not using the Service to impersonate others, falsify identity, or commit fraud.
Fees are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe).
No refunds are available once the evaluation process has been initiated.
The Service, its evaluation frameworks, and related materials are owned by Evoquence Holdings, LLC. You retain rights to your original content and may use delivered documents for your personal job search.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evoquence Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, opportunities, or employment outcomes.
We may refuse or suspend service in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, harassment, or unlawful activity.

We retain user-provided content only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing support.
