What SignalForge™ Is

SignalForge™ is a software-enabled career decision-support evaluation. It reviews a client’s resume and one real job description to produce:

Interview Readiness Clearance (Cleared / Conditional / Do Not Apply Yet)
Life Alignment Status (Life-Supportive / Neutral / Life-Extractive)
Compensation calibration disclosure (pay vs role scope)

SignalForge™ is not a resume-writing subscription. It is a structured evaluation system with controlled scope.

Evoquence Holdings, LLC makes NO guarantees — express or implied — of employment, job offers, or interview invitations.

Hiring decisions and interview requests are made solely by third-party employers and are outside our control. SignalForge™ provides evaluation and document outputs only.

$199 (one-time)

Scope: one resume + one job description (single-role evaluation).

Required Inputs

To deliver the evaluation, the client must provide:

Current resume (any condition)
One real job description (this locks the evaluation scope)

If required inputs are not provided, delivery may be delayed until inputs are received.

Delivery

Services are delivered online. Documents are delivered electronically as downloadable files (PDF and DOCX).

Turnaround Time

Typical turnaround is based on workload and receiving required inputs. If you need a time-sensitive delivery, contact support before purchase.

Proof of Delivery

For proof of delivery and dispute prevention, we retain transaction confirmation and service delivery records (e.g., delivery email confirmation and/or download availability confirmation).

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital evaluation services, no refunds are available once the evaluation process has been initiated.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support immediately.

Redo / Revision Policy

Minor formatting fixes: one small formatting adjustment may be provided after delivery (if requested).
Full rewrites: not included after the evaluation has been completed.
Re-check: if the evaluation is not cleared, one structured re-check may be available after corrective actions are applied.

This policy exists to prevent scope creep and maintain consistent evaluation standards.

Disputes & Chargebacks Policy

If you have any concern about a purchase, contact us BEFORE filing a dispute with your bank.

We will review the issue promptly and provide a written response.

1) Service Description

Evoquence Holdings, LLC (“Evoquence,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides software-enabled professional evaluation services. SignalForge™ reviews user-provided materials (including a resume and job description) and produces readiness and alignment determinations and, where applicable, generates downloadable documents.

2) No Guarantees

Evoquence makes no guarantees—express or implied—regarding employment, job offers, or interview invitations.

Hiring decisions and interview requests are made solely by third-party employers and are outside our control.

3) Authorization & Anti-Fraud

You represent that you have the right to submit the materials you provide (resume, job descriptions, and related content), and that you are not using the Service to impersonate others, falsify identity, or commit fraud.

4) User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, truthful information to the best of your ability.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes.

5) Payment

Fees are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe).

6) Refund Policy

No refunds are available once the evaluation process has been initiated.

7) Intellectual Property

The Service, its evaluation frameworks, and related materials are owned by Evoquence Holdings, LLC. You retain rights to your original content and may use delivered documents for your personal job search.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evoquence Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, opportunities, or employment outcomes.

9) Suspension / Refusal of Service

We may refuse or suspend service in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, harassment, or unlawful activity.

Privacy Policy

1) Information We Collect

Contact information (email, phone) when you contact us or purchase.
User-provided content (resumes, job descriptions, and related documents).
Payment information is processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
Basic technical data may be collected by hosting providers for security/performance.

2) How We Use Information

To provide and deliver the Service.
To communicate about purchases, delivery, and support.
To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3) Sharing of Information

Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to complete transactions.
Service providers (web hosting, file delivery) to operate the Service.
Legal/compliance if required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

4) Data Retention & Deletion Requests

We retain user-provided content only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing support.

5) Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
